Squat - Bench - Deadlift. Powerlifting is a sport where each athlete has three attempts to find their maximum weight for each relative lift. The athlete’s successful lifts are totaled and the highest weight relative to bodyweight is named the winner. Powerlifting is a test of true strength.

Habit Strength+Conditioning is home to two certified [USAPL] USA Powerlifting Club Coaches. Coach Steffany + Coach Pat each have been involved with powerlifting as competitors, mentors and coaches for Habit Strength+Conditioning athletes for the past eight years. With their shared knowledge, technique, strategy, and passion, they help give Habit athletes the competitive edge. Habit athletes have competed in other federations including USPA, USSF and AAU - Habit Coaches provide guidance on competition prep starting with finding the right training schedule + meet for you.

Habit Strength+Conditioning is home to athletes of all levels - from rookies to national-qualifiers - who train + compete.
