Healthy Halloween

BOO! Halloween is one of our favorite times of year: costumes, pumpkin carving, spooky houses, costumes, treats and costumes! :) What can be really scary, though, is the remnants of the trick-or-treat season... the SWEETS. That said, here is a quick read with simple recommendations thanks to the blog at MyFitnessPal for managing your sugar intake in the coming days as well as a reminder of another way to deal with the sugar fix, WHEN IN DOUBT, THROW IT OUT! Sometimes simply removing the temptation can be a helpful solution to those who have a harder time saying "no" to sweets.

Remember, one bite or a few candies won't throw you off track, but our goal is to get you back on track as soon as possible without beating yourself up about it.
